Boehringer Ingelheim’s New Offices. Come and Take a Look!

The origins and expertise of Boehringer Ingelheim are reflected in the design of its new offices, which were secured, designed, and built by Cushman & Wakefield for the pharmaceutical company.

Inspired by the traditional materials of the town of Ingelheim, the design also references the biochemical industry, featuring organically shaped partitions and flooring motifs inspired by cells as seen under a microscope.

From the workplace analysis that influenced the building selection to the final design, the project’s goal was to create offices that employees would feel comfortable using for both focused work and collaboration with colleagues, while also providing a representative environment for meetings with clients.
