The building was built in 1905 by architects Adolf Foehr and Alfons Wertmuller and offers luxury offices for rent in the very center of Prague. The building is currently undergoing sensitive reconstruction and modernization of technology. Right next to the building you will find Palladium and Kotva department stores, as well as numerous cafes, services and restaurants. Excellent transport accessibility - metro (line B), tram and bus stop are right next to the building. It is also easily accessible by car and train (Masarykovo nádraží), but due to the historical nature of the place, the building unfortunately does not have parking spaces.
