Kotlářská Point is characterized by excellent and fast accessibility by both city and car transport. The "Pionýrská" tram and bus stop is located in the immediate distance from the building, thus ensuring an excellent connection to the city center. It is a multi-purpose building with a rentable area of approximately 7,000 m2. The oldest part of the building was built in 1894 by the Morgernstern brothers. It served as a malthouse of the famous Moravia municipal brewery. To this day, the building is sought after and admired by historians. The building includes a newly renovated premium fitness and wellness area with an area of 1,000 m2, a shooting range, a sports accessories store, a restaurant, and a darts club.
