When we started working on ABB’s new headquarters in Brumlovka, the brief was clear: “We want the best for the next 10 years.”

The goal wasn’t just to create “new offices,” but something far more ambitious: to design a modern, representative, and timeless workplace where people genuinely feel good.

We introduced maximum seating flexibility, infused the brand into every detail (from iconic retro switches to a unique shelving unit shaped like the logo), and most importantly—gave people a choice. We involved ambassadors, and employees themselves voted on the color of their informal zones. Visuals vs. reality? The winning color is the one that brings energy to the space.

The result? A state-of-the-art facility that is flexible for teams, representative for clients, and truly reflects the ABB brand. A space where people want to meet—not just “sit.”

We represented the client in selecting and leasing office space, designed an optimal working environment through Workplace Strategy, and then brought it all to life through close collaboration between architects, project management, and the delivery team.
