After you signed the lease contract, the interior design of your future office can begin. And it’s not easy to design space that will work for you not only now, but in five-year time as well.

We prepare economic analyses for all our proposals and detailed calculations for the architectural solutions chosen, so that you can make an informed decision on which direction to take.

At the end you will have complete construction and technical documentation and a realistic cost estimate for its implementation.

We will not only find suitable premises for our clients and negotiate favourable lease terms, but with our fellow architects and builders who are dedicated to interior design and project management also build a bespoke company office. All you have to do is to move in!
