The DELTA building is the newest and largest addition to the locality of Prague 4, Brumlovka. It consists of two separate buildings with a floor plan in the shape of two letters H, which can also be connected by a footbridge. Thanks to it, you can get an area of up to 4,530 m2 of offices for rent on one floor. Roof terraces with abundant greenery and relaxation zones, a canteen and a restaurant are available to tenants. The building is bordered by a green belt with an artificial river bed, the newly built Brumlovka park freely connects to the southern side of the building.
