The Delta building is the newest and largest addition to the Brumlovka complex in Prague 4, completed in 2015. The total building area is 40,000 sqm. It consists of two separate buildings with an H-shaped floor plan, which can be connected by a footbridge on each floor. A single floor can offer up to 4,530 sqm of office space. Roof terraces with abundant greenery and relaxation zones, a canteen, and a restaurant are available to tenants. Part of the building is bordered by a green belt with an artificial river bed.
The newly built Brumlovka park connects freely to the southern side of the building. Excellent transport accessibility: a bus stop (Vyskočilova) right in front of the building, two stops from metro station C Budějovická and Kačerov, with direct connection to the Prague ring road and D1 Highway.
