With our colleagues architects and builders who are involved in interior design and project management. We not only find suitable premises for our clients and negotiate favourable lease terms, but also build them a bespoke corporate headquarters. All you have to do is move in!

The preparation of new offices, or the adaptation of existing ones, takes place in three steps:

• Space planning. This is a basic sketch that divides the office into different zones: working, client, social, relaxation and technical facilities. The winning design will be developed in detail.
• Project preparation. Includes material solutions including recommended furniture, costs and a detailed timetable.
• Implementation. We coordinate the various construction works and prepare the space for occupation.

The Design & Build department is headed by Glyn Evans and the lead architect is Dominik Syrový. Our interiors have been awarded in the Art of Space professional competition (formerly Meeting Room of the Year).
