Czech Technology Park is divided into several gradually built zones, the total area will be 190,000 sqm.
In these zones it is expected to build office space, high-tech production, services and retail, but also residential areas throughout the park.
The unifying element will be a park surrounded by greenery and protected areas and a water element topped by a pond.
The wide range of services provided also contributes to the pleasant working environment of the offices for rent in Brno.
The services are mainly catering and accommodation facilities, as well as places for sports or cultural activities.
To date, the first phase of construction has been completed, providing a total of 56,500 m2 of space for lease and construction of the II. construction phase, the so-called Central zone, started.
