The Corso Karlín building was completed in 2000 as the second development within the Nový Karlín master plan. The original industrial building dating back to 1890 underwent extensive reconstruction and was transformed into a modern Class A office building. The architectural concept respects the original typology, structure, and street facade of the historic hall and is based on a dialogue between classical and modern elements. A transparent four‑storey structure made of glass and steel was inserted into the original brick construction, continuing the composition of the preserved lower part of the building. The interior is predominantly designed as open space, allowing for flexible layout arrangements, and the building opens towards an inner courtyard and a pedestrian street.
The Corso Karlín building is located in the popular office district of Karlín. The Křižíkova metro station is within approximately a five‑minute walk. The surrounding area offers full civic amenities, including restaurants, cafés, and various services, providing convenient facilities for everyday office operations.
