The DELTA Building is the newest and largest addition to the Brumlovka locality, designed by Aulík Fišer Architects and completed in 2015. It consists of two interconnected buildings with an efficient H-shaped floor plate, allowing for flexible office layouts and floor areas of up to 4,530 m². The building offers 40,800 m² of rental space across 8 aboveground floors and 880 parking spaces across five underground levels, available to both tenants and visitors. Key features include raised floors, floor boxes, suspended ceilings with integrated lighting, air conditioning (chilled beams/fan-coil units), sprinkler systems, openable windows, and 24/7 access with two separate entrance lobbies. The building is suitable for offices, client centers, or showrooms and includes amenities such as a canteen, cafeterias, restaurants, and green rooftop terraces with seating. The project holds BREEAM certifications rated Excellent and Very Good.
Located in the northwestern part of Brumlovka, the DELTA Building enjoys excellent transport accessibility. A bus stop (Vyskočilova) is directly in front of the building, with just two stops to metro line C stations (Budějovická and Kačerov). The site has direct connections to the Prague Ring Road and the D1 motorway. The western side of the building is bordered by a landscaped green zone with an artificial riverbed, while the southern side adjoins the new Brumlovka Park. Tenants benefit from a wide range of shops and services within the Brumlovka locality.
