These are the highlights:<br><br><strong>Market Dynamics<\/strong>:\u00a0In H1&nbsp;2024, 85% of commercial real estate investments in the Czech Republic came from domestic investors, reflecting a&nbsp;growing local capital presence. Despite economic challenges, investment activity rose by 13% to \u20ac817 million, mainly in retail and office sectors. Returns are increasing only in offices, while retail yields are declining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the <strong>Prague office market<\/strong> is not growing as rapidly as in some neighboring countries, there are definitely a&nbsp;lot of interesting things happening here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a&nbsp;total area of \u200b\u200balmost 4 million m\u00b2 of office space, Prague still maintains the lowest vacancy rate in the entire region of Central and Eastern Europe. This is proof of its attractiveness to the company.
